Amazing location and responsive host who came through for me following a last-minute cancellation. Beds are very comfy and there is a separate shower and toilet room. Showers also hot with good pressure. Coffee shop below is also great.
The window blinds require some repairs but they still work. Noise from the street also comes through from the morning, but that’s expected in Hanoi.

The room is spacious. Great location, walking distance to everything. The host is very helpful and respond quickly through WhatsApp.
The toilet ceiling is low, bumped my head several times. No lift only narrow staircase so if you are carrying a large suitcase would be inconvenient.

ケトルや冷蔵庫、延長コードなどもあり、とても便利だった。
ホストの方も親切で、WhatsApp でチェックイン方法や支払い方法を教えてもらうことができた。
お湯が出なくて困っていたときにも、WhatsApp でメッセージを送ってから1分程で返信があり、対応方法を教えてもらうことができた。（ただ給湯器のボタンがオフになっていただけ）
部屋はカフェの中を通る必要があるので、少しわかりにくいが、動画を送ってくれたので大変わかりやすかった。
トイレからは下水の匂いがした。
ブラインドの調子が悪かったのか、ブラインドを下げるのに時間がかかった。
大きい通りではないが、バイクがよく通ったり人の声が夜まで聞こえるので、音に敏感な人は耳栓などがあった方がよい。
ただ総じてよい部屋だったので、この値段でこのクオリティであれば満足。

La ubicación es excelente. A pasos de todo, barrio seguro y turistico. Muchisimos lugares para comer alrededor.
El lugar estaba bien, pero olía muchísimo a humedad y habia moho en las paredes del baño.
