Mini Homestay

Lucy was absolutely lovely. She kept me informed before the booking and updated once I arrived. She also let me check in at 7am for no additional charge as the room was free from the night before, which was the biggest blessing coming off an overnight bus. The property was located in the old quarter basically on beer street making it extremely easy to get around. It also was simple with a bed and some storage as well as a desk, fan and AC.

Room was a little dirty on arrival but still quite clean

I am a solo female traveller who stayed at least 3D2N in Mini Homestay, what I like the most is how accommodating Lucy is. She allowed me to early check-in at around 8:00 am (since there's room available). About the location, it's perfect! Almost everything is accessible - but be advised that its right beside beer street, its not noisy at all during my stay - just a matter of preference. The facility is good & decent for the price. All basic needs is available, you can ask Lucy as well if you need anything. She helped me with my car going back to Noi Bai too - so grateful.

Hmmm its a matter of preference, the bed is a little to hard for my liking but its not so bad at all. I still had a good sleep.

The location is ideal for old quarters and it is fairly quiet. It is a good price considering the location.

The floor was always wet due to water seeping out of the bathroom somehow. I have no idea how it got out of the bathroom but it was under the pvc flooring so you could not get it dry. I was in the unit on the 4th floor so maybe the other units don't have this problem. It needs to fixed as all of the flooring is coming up and I would think there is mold as again, it is always wet.
