Yuki hanoi center apartment

This apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is absolutely perfect a local market, Circle K, and VinMart are all within walking distance, and the area is surrounded by famous and delicious local restaurants, making it incredibly easy to dive into the food scene. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean from the moment I arrived, which really set the tone for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property, and the amenities were all well thought out everything we needed and more. Outstanding value for money. What truly made this stay special was Moon and her sister. They were incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with, answering every question quickly and providing excellent support throughout. Moon also went above and beyond by arranging amazing trips to Sapa and Ninh Binh, which were absolute highlights of my time in Vietnam. If you’re looking for a place that ticks every box great location, spotless comfort, and hosts who genuinely care look no further. I highly recommend this apartment and will absolutely be coming back on my next visit to Vietnam!

I wish I could have stayed longer.

The location is perfect, close to the center but with many local spots nearby. The room is very comfortable and the balcony is lovely. The owner, Moon, is super nice. She responds quickly to all inquiries, stored our luggage for a while while we traveled, and even showed us some places! I hope to see you again soon! 🤗

Location is good and that's it.

The Wi-Fi is very poor. It constantly disconnects even after I changed rooms. There are grilles on the balcony, and the view is of the neighbor's wall just 1.5 meters away. I wake up at 4:30 AM from the crowing of a rooster. The payment information is misleading. It states that cash is not acceptable, but two people immediately after I arrived entering the apartment without asking me for permission to enter and demanding cash right away. The price of the apartment is relatively higher compared to the prices of hotels in the area. The reason I chose this apartment was because I expected it to be something different—a more home-like atmosphere—but I was mistaken in my judgment.
