Arrived and flat was dirty, rubbish everywhere, bins full of rubbish, beds were messy! Looked like someone was living there and left just before we arrived. Oven was filthy, had to semi clean it before using it, kettle broken and didnt work at all. Not that it mattered because all the tea pots inc sugar and coffee were all empty! Shower gel bottles and washing up bottles all empty. Literally no effort from owner what so ever. I would have left but had paid for the whole week.

The flat was ok just the location wasn’t

The area and the drug dealers next door the smell of Canabbis wafting through the windows Illegal motor bikes riding up and down the street with balaclavas on their heads There was an abandoned car in the front garden and the double glazing had blown on most windows and 6 clocks on the wall but non working just needed batteries

Unfortunately apartment was really dirty, It needs refreshing, repainting. Bathroom disgusting- can't open window, mould on the wall and sides of the bathtub, I had to clean before used. Not working lights in lounge. No contact with owner under provided number

Very quiet location, easily accessible to get my son from Coventry university.
A few repairs/ upgrades would definitely of benefit our stay. Lack of working light bulbs, the curtain rods in the lounge and one the bedrooms new immediate attention as they are very fragile, the roller blind in the bedroom on the right wasn’t working properly. The settee was quite uncomfortable and broken on one end. Broken lamp next to the tv in the lounge. Also the outside light could be a little brighter to enable guests to see when arriving in the dark.

What host? Take thermal clothing!
No central heating for 4 days, it was freezing! Rusty leaking radiator in the bathroom. Water dripping from bedroom ceiling. Damp in the party wall. Thermostat didn't work. 3 days went by before the host finally replied to my email, and denied receiving all my calls and texts. A hideous experience! Still no refund!

Very spacious and clean. The property was excellent value for money. Everything worked and the location was very quiet. Will definitely book again if I'm in the area.
A new bed wouldn't go amiss and there were a few items awaiting repair. Nothing to stop me wanting to stay there again.
