A shame that we had to pull off site. But... we will return when we carry out the work in the near future.

Lovely house, recently had a great kitchen renovation. We really enjoyed our stay- the downstairs was well planned and comfortable, with lovely conservatory and outdoor seating area. Fantastic to have on site parking. My niggles were purely due to comfort (and easily fixed) which I think was down to the owners not having stayed in the house to road test their customer experience.

1. Double bed 😳 This was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in. It was like a lumpy slab of concrete - and felt like a cheap 1980’s mattress. Pillows were similarly low quality. I didn’t try the rest of the beds. 2. No smart TV or fire stick or any other method of watching streaming services. Would have been nice to be at least be able to watch catch up TV. It did feel really strange to only have live TV options. 3. No proper wine glasses! This is personal I guess. The odd assortment of glasses including miniature size wine glass and sherry style glass made me think of my Nana’s house. I ended up drinking wine from a beer schooner.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay the host of the property couldn’t do enough for you if you’re a working contractor and you need someone to work with your van being safe in Coventry this is a lovely place to stay

Would definitely stay again shops food deliveries, everything local pub great food brilliant place to stay

Cleanliness was sublime and the landlord was very helpful
