It was value for money, very clean, and what I needed for a quick overnighter

It was very clean, check in was smooth and plenty of information. I also got to check in early.

I could hear the people next door snoring and the bathroom was right next to me and the shower was very loud, with guests using early. Heating pipes stated clanking very early in the morning in my room.

Great place if you want somewhere quiet to relax.

This place is lovely. It's perfect if you are working and need somewhere quiet to wind down and sleep. The parking is also very handy. Lee is very helpful, he even sorted out a charger for me as I forgot mine.

It's a little out of the way and there is no shops within walking distance.

Lovely

I was visiting Ipswich for two nights only. Comfortable room. Lovely house, everything that you'd need. The host was excellent in his communication. Very approachable and understanding. I made the host aware that the room was extremely warm due to the weather and he arranged for a wall fan to be fitted onto the wall the very same day so that I could have a good night's sleep, I also had the pleasure of meeting the lovely Justina who takes care of the property. Would definitely recommend.

Plenty of parking, good size room, comfy bed. A home away from home. Lee is also a great host.

It's not the accomodations fault, but neighborhood can be questionable. One night boy racers racing up and down which was a nuisance. Doors don't shit quietly they slam.

House was warm, clean and appeared to be newly decorated and furnished. Guests were provided with individual cupboards and fridge/freezer for each room. Owner attentive and called when he saw from the front door Ring camera that I was struggling to get in.

Front door lock was sticking so very difficult to unlock with key. No light in upstairs hallway to see combination lock to get in room. No way to leave bedroom door unlocked for night visits to shared bathroom. Owner forgot to tell me towels were in the top of wardrobe, I thought only the hand towel in the shared bathroom was provided.

Fantastic stay at Town House Chantry. Very kind owner who is very responsive and helpful. Immaculately clean accommodation and very peaceful and quiet too. Comfortable bed and hot shower. Full cooking facilities, washing machine and smart tv with many apps. All bases covered for short or long term stays.

Host, Lee was very welcoming signposting me to local amenities and was very quick in responding to any questions I had. Accommodation amenities are very well thought out to cater for customer needs. The accommodation is maintained exceptionally clean Parking is literally across the house Would highly recommend a stay here.

Convenient for the railway station. Very clean and comfortable. Obviously recently refurbished. Quiet location.

Check in was slightly difficult, but the host was accessible by phone and quickly sorted out the problem. Be careful to memorise the door code for your room, or take your phone with you to the bathroom, or you may end up locked out of your bedroom.

I would definitely recommend that you use this air B&B if you are staying in Ipswich

I found the room to be exceptionally clean, very comfortable bed, and it even had your own fridge and cupboard with all you required if you chose to eat at the property. The owner Lee was brilliant, and very knowledgeable with the local area, even texting you voices of places to eat when you wanted to go out for the evening.

I stayed there last night. Super clean, good sized room, quiet and a comfortable bed. It was perfect for my short stay, including free wifi and parking right outside the house. I didn't need to use the kitchen, but it seemed to have all the basics if I did. Will definitely stay there again. The self check in procedure was new to me, but got good and clear messages from Lee on what I needed to do.

There wasn't anything I didn't like because whatever was mentioned about the place, was 100% correct. I don't like sharing bathrooms, but was aware I had to do this, so it's a choice I made. The place was so clean that it didn't bother me at all.
