the appartment is far from what I would describe as elegant or in the City Centre. the advertisement fails to tell you that it is right next door to a football stadium. the balcony outlook is disgusting.

facilities not up to par. balcony wasnt usable.

not too far from city. there was a space heater, though a small one.

bit of a dodgy area. key lockbox wasnt under a shaded area. not enough utensils/plates etc. chairs were uncomfortable, small dining table. dirty kitchen drawers/oven. the heating wasnt working in the room. and we had a knock by a neighbour for water trickling, apparently a leak in the bathroom leaking downwards. the balcony was not usable either, plenty of dirt/bird droppings.

Bathroom door was extremely noisy, boiler in one room was very noisy hard to sleep, beds were not comfortable at all.

Despite no heating & hot water and a less than elegant flat we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable

The beds were comfy The flat was a good size It was not too far to walk into the city but also easy to get the bus

The flat was not elegant, this was not a good description. The Balcony wasn’t very private and as in previous descriptions was rusty and covered in pigeon poo. The gas was turned off for the whole of our stay because of work replacing pipes on the whole block, not the fault of the host but it took a lot of time communicating with the hosts trying to sort it out and two visits from different gas men, neither of whom could sort the problem.

Perfect stay for weekend

The appartment is spacious enough to accomodate 2 families. The rooms were clean and surroundings are quiet. Kitchen is well equipped and Sainsbury is at 10 minutes walking distance. View from the balcony is awesome.

Location.

It was expansive. Carpet was dirty, duvet was dirty with mark. We paid for 7 people only bed was ready for 4 people. No enough duvet was prepared. Pots were not available in many choices. Its says balconcy but whole balcony was with bird poo. Even we cannot open the curtain and door.

very unclean and unkept. did not even have pillow covers. furniture had stains. The living room table was all worn off. There were no wodden chairs, steel chairs that were unstable. No Duvet covers. The blind in one of the rooms didn't have a string to it. There was no way to open or close it. The so called private balcony- was filled with bird poop and one couldn't even step in it.

We were very disappointed to travel from the other side of the world & it not be as advertised!

The linen was clean, the bed was comfy, the location was ok & it was good to have a free car park. The price was good.

Finding the keys & gaining access was difficult. The apartment was not like shown in the photos you see on booking.com. The carpets were filthy which made it smell bad. Furniture cheap rubbish, not like advertised. No stunning views as advertised. Small kitchen window was only place to see a view & the glass was filthy. The balcony was unusable as it was covered in bird poo & only had 2 cheap fold up chairs that were flat on concrete & also covered in bird poo. There was only 1 shower & 1st night the shower rose broke off & we had to buy glue & fix. The sliding robe doors in bedroom wouldn’t slide. No decent flying pan in kitchen. Dirty marks all over walls. No emails or phone numbers given worked. After 3 days someone rang back after countless messages only to say sorry it didn’t meet expectations. Be hard to trust what you see is what you get in the future!

Cosy apartment

We booked for us family of seven. The location is close to the city. The apartments seem like a nice area. The heating and hot waters worked very well. There were plenty of plates and mugs.

Three of us had to stay in the living room. However there were no cover for the blankets and no extra pillows. It is a bit uncomfortable on that part, otherwise everything else is lovely.

I loved how spacious and clean it was.

The iron was missing even though it was included in the amenities, customer service isn’t available on call, but they respond to messages timely.

It was good but few bits and pieces should have been done before hand.

The location was ok

Some furniture was damaged and missing chair of the set. We found it later in the corridor and it was broken. One of the toilets was loose and moving when you sit on it. We were visited by a gas engineer who let him self in, to check the safety of the boiler while we were getting dressed which should have been done when there is no gests in the property.

Apartment was easy to find and bedrooms were a good size with an ensuite and separate bathroom.

Customer service was appalling! Not enough linen for the sofa beds, and they knew we had 7 people staying. NO pillows for the sofa beds either. Accused me of lying about the linen (not sure why anyone would do that). They wanted photos of the lack of linen and refused in the beginning to believe me. Eventually, after numerous messages and 2 phone calls (to someone who had no idea) we were given the duvet covers and sheets for the sofa beds. Still no pillows dropped off. What a disgrace of a service. Then to get another message after our stay to say we should have checked the cupboards! Advise not to stay here.

Firstly there is no mention on the booking site that we have to pay deposit of euro.300 for damages which is refundable. But this was informed only after making full payment for the stay. The wifi in the house is also very erratic.

Świetnie!! Wróciłbym z chęcią.

Mogliśmy zostawić bagaże przed zameldowaniem. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona. W łazience dostępne były płyny do mycia, szampon oraz od odżywka do włosów. Lokalizacja świetna do pieszych wypraw do centrum miasta. W okolicy sporo barów i sklepów.

Lekko za miękkie łóżka, ale to kwestia preferencji :). Ściany w niektórych miejscach zabrudzone.

Struttura da riammodernare per nulla elegante al contrario di quanto descritto Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi con la corrente elettrica, il salvavita continuava a saltare e nonostante le nostre segnalazioni e l’intervento di un tecnico il problema non è stato risolto Altro grosso problema dovuto ad un fastidiosissimo rumore proveniente dal bagno anche nel pieno della notte Nonostante avessimo prenotato per 8 persone erano presenti solo 5 sedie in tutto l’appartamento A nostra richiesta di avere sedie aggiuntive ci è stato detto che nella descrizione era chiaro che le sedie fossero solo 5 e non ne hanno fornite di aggiuntive. I letti nei divani non erano pronti e mancavano i cuscini da letto per questi
