Rent by day, week, or month in this Big Rapids home! This home is set up for guests who are coming to town for short term or for interim housing up to a few months. Our home is for "single family" use only (related parties) and is located just 5 minutes from FSU and Spectrum hospital is just 1 mile away! Property is fully furnished and updated. You will not find a home closer to Central Big Rapids than this beautiful location. Set up for families and professionals. Discount for 28 days or more. Please note there is a max of 2 dogs allowed with a $75.00 pet fee.

House is very well kept, fully stocked on dishes etc. 4 beds made it easy for me and my family of 5. Big living room, big dining room and large kitchen.
