This house was perfect for a summer get away. Walking distance to a great beach. A fantastic deck for grilling or just hanging out around the gas fire pit. We played cards at night in the screened in porch area. The outside shower was something you try once and then will find yourself using it the rest of the time you are there. Frank is an awesome host. Great communication and reacted quickly to any requests we had. I would recommend renting this place for your vacation. I know that we will be back for sure.

We loved staying at “The Royal House”!! It was cozy, clean, and just right for our family of 4, plus our dog! This house was centrally located to all the activities in Canadian Lakes. We were very close to Lookout Point Beach, which we really enjoyed! And also the Pines golf course. We also liked eating at the Royal Grille and CL Pizza Co. The hosts, Frank & Paula, were very accommodating and helpful! We hope to be back again soon!

There was a lot to love about this property. (A few minor snags along the way but nothing that derailed our stay). The host was easy to get in contact with and was able to accommodate an early check in on pretty short notice which was awesome! The property is in a great location in the Canadian Lakes community, and the cottage was a charming and comfortable stay for my family of 4 and our dog. It wasn't perfect but we would definitely come back and easily recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
