We would stay here again. There was enough space for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We caught several fish from the channel in the backyard. The neighborhood beach was small , but usable. We saw lots of wildlife.
Some improvements, comfortable deck furniture, more outside dining options, and fire pit in the backyard.
You may want to mention in the book that the general store will take trash, if you pay.
We were disappointed there was no kayak or boat rental in the area.
