Experience Canadian Lakes like a local in this newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Enjoy the serene surroundings and all that Canadian Lakes has to offer such as 3 golf courses, suitable for all skill levels. Some additional amenities include outdoor and indoor pools including a fitness area, hot tub and sauna, a winter Sports Park which includes the snow tubing tow, outdoor ice rink and cross-country ski trail. Guests are welcome to use these amenities (usage fees apply) during your visit. Sure to make great, lasting memories for all. The house is within walking distance to many activities such as a family friendly beach on Lake Laura, many fishing spots, right down the street from the Royal Grille and Bar with an indoor grand fireplace. Use our complimentary kayaks and fishing row boat. Directly across the street is a great spot to launch them and fish. There is fast WIFI and smart TV's in the house for your evening relaxation. New washer and dryer in the home for your convenience. Enjoy a complimentary coffee bar in the kitchen. Walk out to the 4 seasons room for a great view and a relaxing way to start the day. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

We had a great stay at this house! It was clean, in a convenient location, and worked perfectly for our group. We did have a small issue getting into the house at first, but the host responded right away and resolved it quickly. The online pictures of the upstairs bedrooms aren’t fully up to date, but in a good way. One room now has a full-size bed and the other has an extra twin bed, which was a nice surprise. The hosts were wonderful, responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, it was exactly what we needed and we’d definitely stay here again.

What a gem this place is!! When they say newly renovated they mean it. We loved the place, the location, the amenities provided and great communication from the owners. We would highly recommend this place for anyone.

This home was very clean, had all the amenities needed. Kitchen especially nice with the necessities. Was a little small for our group (5 women). Upstairs bathroom challenging for 3 women to get ready in. need more hooks, shelfs, outlets. Front porch was the best, we spent every morning, evening sitting out there.
