Welcome to our meticulously restored MASSSIVE 5+ bedroom, 2 full bath Victorian-style home on the Riverwalk! Experience the elegance of stunning turret architecture, spacious rooms, and the inviting allure of a well-appointed 3 seasons room for relaxation and to unwind.
Hemlock Park, Muskegon River, and White Pine Trail are nearby. Perfectly located within walking distance of downtown. Spectrum Hospital is 1 min away, and Ferris State University is just 2 mins away. Book now and relish historical charm with modern comfort!
Bedrooms: Rest easy in 5 bedrooms featuring 5 queen-size bed.
Living Room: Unwind on comfortable sofas in this cozy space.
Bathrooms: Including washer and dryer, with laundry supplies.
Kitchen: Utilize stainless steel appliances: microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and an updated deep sink. Ample pantry/cabinet space available. Basic dishes, utensils, and glasses provided.
Dining: Gather in a lovely dining space with seating for 6.
Sunroom: Relax in the sun-filled space.
You will have full access to the entire property, with the exception of the basement (which is a crawlspace), the attic (not suitable for living), and a designated supply closet specifically for the Airbnb cleaner to prepare for each booking.

We had a fantastic girls weekend at the house. This is the absolute perfect location being walking distance from downtown and Hemlock Park. We loved everything about it. It was spacious and perfect for a large group. Mike was also a great host and quickly answered all questions. Hope to stay many more times in the future!

Great property! We enjoyed our stay with our group of friends for parents weekend at Ferris. Close to everything and the home has been nicely updated and still have the feel of an old home woth lots of charm and character

Good space with lots of historical character. We used it well for our pre-xmas family gathering. Good location for downtown and the river walk. Comfortable beds, plenty of parking. Fairly well stock w/dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.Kind of sparsely decorated and the furniture is a bit too small for such large rooms. Could use spare chairs and blankets in the bedrooms. Back bedroom is unheated. Some small details need to be worked out like doors latches, towel racks, kitchen organization, etc. Cleaning crew could do a little better in the kitchen. Expect road noise from M20.Hoping this is an on going project house and the minor things are addressed as we plan to stay again.

This is a stunning home that was perfect for my large family. The water was frozen upon arrival and our host quickly found us another home for the busy until it was fixed. My daughter was able to get beautiful graduation pics in the house. We had a fabulous time with plenty of bedrooms and space for games. We will be back
