A very beautiful, lovingly renovated 2-room apartment in a multi-family home built in 1905. The apartment is furnished with new furniture and decorated in an antique maritime style. It features amenities such as a living and kitchen area, a fireplace, a washing machine, and a walk-in shower.
The bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed, a TV, and a reading nook with a cozy armchair.
Vacation Rental (V):
The vacation rental is located on the first floor of an apartment building with only 4 steps leading to the entrance. The rooms were renovated in 2022; they are spacious, bright, and feature high ceilings.
The floors in the living and bedroom areas are covered with laminate, while the bathroom is tiled. The kitchen-living room features a kitchenette with high-quality appliances and a dining table with 4 chairs. The living area also includes a couch (which can be used as a sofa bed), a pull-out TV (height-adjustable), a coat rack, and a wood-burning stove.
In the bedroom, guests will find a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with adjustable headrests on the slatted frames and high-quality mattresses. A large wardrobe, bedside tables with lighting, a well-stocked bookshelf with a comfortable reading chair (including lighting), and a TV round out the furnishings.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The bathroom has a window.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Outside, there is a seating area with a designated smoking area.
The hosts live on the property and are available at any time to offer advice and assistance. The Vorpiek vacation rental is located right next to the Achterdeck vacation rental on the same floor, which can also be rented by relatives, friends, or acquaintances of the guests for a group vacation (bookable separately, subject to availability).
