It features a kitchen-living room, a living room/bedroom, a large hallway, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. The garden belonging to the house can be used by you as well as by other tenants of the house. A warm and welcoming atmosphere awaits you in the vacation rental. There is a parking space for your car on the property (at the back via Töpferstraße, to the right of the carport; suitable for cars of normal width—it may be tight for large SUVs). A lockable shed, e.g., for your bicycles, is also available.

The seaside resort of Ueckermünde is a small town over 750 years old that has been beautifully restored. The town’s central square is the market square. Concerts are frequently held here in the summer. The market square is also the starting point for various guided tours of the town. Many restaurants dot the townscape. Otherwise, the usual range of services found in a German seaside resort is available within walking distance—from banks to pharmacies, from supermarkets to boutiques. Particular highlights include the town cinema and the pier of the Oderhaff Reederei Peters, which offers not only tours of the lagoon but also excursions to Usedom and Poland.
