The apartment has been extensively and high-quality renovated and combines modern amenities with a warm, cozy atmosphere. It is located in a vacation home from the 1930s that is currently being gradually renovated and modernized. No construction work is currently taking place, so there is no construction noise. The apartment is completely self-contained, in a quiet location, and ready to move into immediately.

Our vacation home, Weininsel am Haff, is centrally located in Ueckermünde, right next to a shopping center, close to town and just a short walk from the beach. The house is currently in a state of suspended renovation. One of the four apartments has already been renovated to a high standard; another is still in its original condition but is functional.
Important: No construction work is currently taking place, so there is no construction noise.
The neighborhood is older but well-maintained, with an authentic, down-to-earth character. A covered bike shelter is available, as well as a barbecue area for relaxing get-togethers. Each apartment has its own parking space, and there are additional parking options for larger vehicles in the immediate vicinity—ideal, for example, for service technicians.
A complete renovation and modernization of the building is planned for the winter. Until then, we offer simple, practical accommodations in a great location—quiet, central, and close to the beach.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
