The Back vacation rental is a high-end, non-smoking apartment spread over two levels and covering 65 square meters. From all the windows—and also from the west-facing balcony in the living room—you’ll enjoy a great view across the marina’s harbor basin all the way to the Uecker River. Your balcony is equipped with chairs, a table, and a parasol.
For a two-room apartment, the vacation rental is very spacious. A small, additional turret room not only lends the apartment a special charm but also offers a wonderful view. The living room features a dining table with four chairs, a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two, and an armchair with a footstool. For entertainment, you have access to a large flat-screen TV. Your vacation rental is equipped with cable TV. A selection of board games is also waiting for you here. In addition to the living room, there is a turret room accessible via a staircase. This room features a fold-out couch, an armchair with a footstool, and a table with two chairs. A wardrobe is available for overnight guests. Your bedroom has a double bed. Bedside tables, reading lamps, and coat racks are available for your use. The large closet and luggage rack will serve you well and provide ample storage space for your luggage. The open-concept kitchen flows into the living room, making the space feel spacious. Your kitchen is fully equipped. It includes, among other things, a stovetop, a coffee maker, an oven, plenty of dishes, a dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer combo. The bathroom is equipped with a tall shower stall and ample counter space. A hair dryer is also waiting for you here. Our vacation apartments in Ueckermünde are high-quality, fully furnished units located right on the waterfront. All bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens, and the patio doors each have an insect screen. Blackout curtains are available in all bedrooms. Each vacation rental provides a travel crib and a high chair free of charge. Parking spaces are available for an additional fee in the lagoon town on the Haff. Smoking is not permitted in any of the vacation rentals, and you are welcome to bring your four-legged friend to many of the accommodations.
The Lagoon Town
The Lagoon Town on the Haff is located in the immediate vicinity of the Uecker River’s mouth where it flows into the Szczecin Lagoon. The lagoon, which has direct access to the Baltic Sea, is a perfect starting point for all kinds of water sports. The lagoon town offers 380 boat berths, a boat fueling station, a boat ramp, and parking areas for boat trailers. If you don’t want to bring your own boat, you can use our rental service located in the harbor on the lagoon. Motorboats, jet skis, and canoes are available for rent here. Boats that don’t require a license are also available.
Aside from its maritime location, the spacious, well-maintained facility has much more to offer. For sports activities, there’s a beach volleyball court, a basketball hoop, and a small soccer field. A children’s playground is also available here. In the lagoon town, there’s a bistro where you can also enjoy breakfast. If you’d like to prepare your own meals, you can use the bread roll delivery service on the premises. The barbecue area for your own grill parties rounds out the amenities.
Ueckermünde Beach
The fine sandy beach of Ueckermünde, located just 200 meters from Lagunenstadt, is equally popular with all beachgoers. When it comes to dining, you can choose from various fish and snack stands or stop by the beautiful beach hall. In addition to beach volleyball courts, a bungee trampoline facility, and a mini-golf course, the water sports center is a real crowd-pleaser.
The Seaside Resort of Ueckermünde
The seaside resort of Ueckermünde is a small town over 750 years old that has been beautifully restored. The town’s central square is the market square. Concerts are frequently held here in the summer. The market square is also the starting point for various guided tours of the town. Many restaurants dot the townscape. Otherwise, the usual range of services found in a German seaside resort is available within walking distance—from banks to pharmacies, from supermarkets to boutiques. Particular highlights include the town cinema and the pier of the Oderhaff Reederei Peters, which offers not only tours of the lagoon but also excursions to Usedom and Poland.
