This ensures you’ll enjoy comfortable temperatures and a restful night’s sleep even on hot summer days. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and a closet, as well as a living area with a sleeper sofa (suitable for up to 2 children) and satellite TV. A crib is available upon request. The small kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering: stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a basic set of dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Right next door is a shopping center—ideal for daily needs, fresh rolls in the morning, or last-minute errands. The beach, the harbor, and the historic district of Ueckermünde are just a few minutes away—perfect for day trips, walks, or relaxing days by the lagoon or on the Baltic Sea coast. Vacation Home with Potential - Close to town and the beach in the seaside resort of Ueckermünde
Our vacation home, “Weininsel am Haff,” is centrally located in Ueckermünde, right next to a shopping center, close to town and just a short walk from the beach. The house is currently in a state of suspended renovation. One of the four apartments has already been renovated to a high standard; another is still in its original condition but is functional.
Important: No construction work is currently taking place, so there is no construction noise.
The neighborhood is older but well-maintained, with an authentic, down-to-earth character. A covered bike shed is available, as well as a barbecue area for relaxing get-togethers. Each apartment has its own parking space, and there are additional parking options for larger vehicles in the immediate vicinity—ideal, for example, for service technicians.
A complete renovation and modernization of the building is planned for the winter. Until then, we offer simple, practical accommodations in a great location—quiet, central, and close to the beach.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
