Ich habe für meine Tochter ein 25qm Appartment gebucht,bekommen hat Sie ein kl.Single-Zimmer!Habe am gleichen Abend der Anreise nachgefragt,wieso meine Tochter,die mir Fotos vom Zimmer geschickt hatte,nicht das gewünschte Appartment bekommt!Die Dame der Rezeption war schon zuhause und sagte schlichtweg,Alleinreisende Personen bekommen dort immer ein Single-Zimmer!!!!😡👎🏻Ich verwies auf meine Buchung bei Booking com und die Dame meinte:Booking ist das Eine,wir das Andere!Mein Unmut nahm zu!Am nächsten Tag wolle Sie in den Computer sehen,wegen der Buchung,ich bestand für meine Tochter auf das 25qm Appartment für Sie und unseren Hund!Am nächsten Morgen rief ich wieder an,hatte eine andere Mitarbeiterin,die sagte,mal sehen,ob sich was ergiebt!Ich war sehr verärgert und drängte massiv auf das gewünschte Zimmer!Am3.Tag mittags durfte meine Tochter in ein anderes Zimmer ziehen,nachdem die Feriengäste es verlassen hatten,aber es entsprach nicht meiner Booking Buchung!!!
Inder 2.Wohnung lagen abgeschnittene Fußnägel auf dem Boden,es war schmutzig
