About this apartment rental
The apartment complex is located in the midst of the marina Lagunenstadt Ueckermünde and is 300 meters from the white sandy beach.
In 2016 we have completely renovated the apartment and newly equipped (including high quality mattresses)
From the furnished terrace you have a unique view of water and ships.
An ideal place for water sports enthusiasts and people who want to escape the bustle of the city and to avoid crowded tourist resorts.
Well-maintained bike paths, cultural and culinary offerings of the city Ueckermünde with restaurants, cafes, cinema, museum, zoo, cultural memory are located within walking distance. The old town has been lovingly restored in recent years.
The surrounding area is ideal for cycling and hiking tours as well as excursions to the imperial baths on the island of Usedom, the Christiansberg Botanical Garden and sailing trips on the Szczecin Lagoon or to the island of Usedom.
In the lagoon city there is a beer garden, bistro, port pub, bread service, children's club, barbecue areas for guests, playground, chess, etc.
Bicycles can be rented for 5 € / day directly on site.
Nearby there are plenty of shops (Edeka, Neukauf, Aldi, Lidl, etc.) is all represented.
On the beach there are delicious fish sandwiches.

Ein schöne kleine Ferienwohnung sehr nahe am Strand gelegen. Schlüsselübergabe ging sehr schnell mit einer sehr netten Frau. Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ein bisschen klein aber reicht für ein paar Tage vollkommen aus. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und erholt nach ein paar Tagen und kommen gerne wieder.

Der Empfäng lief wirklich reibungslos. Die lage ist super. Die Stadt sowie der Strand ist sehr einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hunde haben da auch genügend auslaufmöglichkeiten.
Wer starke Angst vor spinnen hat, wird sich dort freuen :D

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Die Lagunenstadt in Ueckermünde ist einfach traumhaft. Es sind nur wenige Fußminuten bis zum Strand. Hier gibt es ein umfangreiches Imbiss- und Freizeitangebot. Viele Spielplätze sorgen auch bei den kleinen Feriengästen für jede Menge Spaß und Kurzweile. Auf der kleinen Terrasse kann man die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge genießen und die Ruhe ist sehr erholsam.
Kritikpunkte bekommt die Ferienwohnung für ihre Sauberkeit. Die (fett-)fleckigen Bettlaken sind ein absolutes No-go und waren mehr als grenzwertig. In der Ferienwohnung gab es leider nur eine halbe (!) Rolle Toilettenpapier und einen einzigen Müllbeutel. Eine gewisse Grundausstattung mit solchen Verbrauchsmaterial ist eigentlich selbstverständlich. Wer ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, der mag solche Sachen zwar kompensieren können, aber eigentlich ist eine Versorgungsfahrt zum 3 Kilometer entfernten Supermarkt nicht unbedingt das erste, was ich in meinem Urlaub machen möchte.
Gelegentlich kann es sicher auch nicht schaden, die überdimensionalen Spinnweben in wirklichen allen Ecken der Terrasse zu entfernen. Auch dies gehört für mich zu einer gepflegten Ferienwohnung dazu.
