Spacious for 3 adults and close to the tramline we needed for our visit. The bedding was lovely and the kitchen well equipped.

Lack of coat hanger/s near front door - wet coats in Manchester are common, and the tiny hook rack by the back door is the right size for hanging keys. One of the beds is a bit too firm - but that’s an individual thing. It’s a bit sparse - a couple of pictures would make it more homely.

We loved everything about this house. It's modern , and bright.....and well designed with good use of space. The dining and living rooms are very pleasant to spend time in and there is parking space both as part of the property and in the street outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5th stay here. We have been coming for 3-4 four years and we always stay here when it is available. And best of all is Bola, the host, who is so nice and helpful and always made sure everything was perfect.

Receiving a WhatsApp message from hosts with link to external webpage (rental Management site mypropertyhost.com) looking for Photo ID, date of birth and mandatory payment of a damage deposit £40 non-refundable insurance or a £200 hold on bank card - which meant submitting bank details. I was advised by booking .com to ignore this but it made me very apprehensive about continuing with the booking.

House was clean. Good location to the city. 2 minutes to tram. Great WiFi

On arrival the house and an odour. Washing cloths were old and mouldy on the kitchen sink and smelt. Towels require renewing (old and thin).
