The location was very good, 5 minutes walking from a tram station, direct line to the city centre. The size of the house was perfect for our needs. There were some basics we could use, such as tea, spices, sugar, salt, oil and toiletries.
It was fairly clean, but there's room for improvement; e.g., some pans, dishes and cutlery were greasy. The carpets looked dirty. Some wall sockets were unfixed and wobbled. Although we didn't need it, a house guide/instructions would be useful, particularly for people from overseas not familiar with the UK systems. It would be superb, if the hosts provide some recommendations from places to eat/buy essentials nearby.

It was nice decent space, bedrooms are nice and good area in kitchen and lounge. Close to decent corner shops and the co op live was perf for having a concert.
It was messy upon arrival in some areas, however, the owners were good communication and did try compensate for this. There is a smell of weed but not owners fault

It had parking
Everything else, it was dirty in a lot of places very tired. The signs saying" please do not smoke weed in here" were a bit of a giveaway. Thankfully we were only there for one night.
