Beds were comfy, perfect location for what we needed, just needs attention to cleanliness

Its location was perfect as we were at the coop arena. Beds were comfortable

Attention to detail on cleanliness. The glass table was grubby, the grill pan had lots of crumbs in it. Plates etc were all mismatched. The towels were grey and grubby, with holes in and stains on them.

Not very pleased with the dirty environment and the hard drugs found beside the sofa close to the radiator was a big dis

First the furniture display on the website was different from what is in the building when I visited, everywhere was untidy and the food area was very dirty and besides the sofa which is different from what is online there was hard drugs found there obviously there was no actual cleaning after clients leaving. Is either no cleaning up are being done or no proper supervision of whoever is responsible for the cleaning of that apartment

Dirty, unclean, unhygienic. Gross

The communal area is nicely set

Unfortunately the property was unclean , with tobacco on the sofa, black mould in most rooms , chipping paint , exposed screws, broken doors, dusty corners hair in bedding (which was also mildly damp) and more. Alongside what can only be described as the smell of must and mildew. We personally went to the shop and bought an air freshener as it became unbearable. Not to mention we suspect the owners had come into the facility whilst we were out as things had been moved slightly( nothing missing thankfully) Tv and WiFi didn’t work well , no mirror in the bathroom?? Kettle was dirty and microwave was sticky. Upstairs neighbour was unpleasantly loud into late hours of the night . Nothing like the pictures, praying I don’t get some from of infection from the severe lack of cleanliness . Do not come here. It shouldn’t be allowed to be listed

Beds were comfortable and shower worked well. Linen and towels were clean.

Wifi and tv does not work had to use my phone to hotspot for any entertainment. Floors arent very clean at all and we found some old tobacco on the sofa which was not ours.

Pleasant Apartment

The apartment wasn't ready when we arrived, and we had to wait to get in. Then, had to wait for it to be cleaned, and sheets changed. However, Austin was extremely apologetic and gave us a late check out to make up for it. I got the feeling this is not the norm for them and probably a one-off. The apartment is very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and has everything you need. We were happy overall and would stay here again.

Place is extremely dirty and unhygienic made me traumatised staying there for two nights. The dirt dust and human hair is everywhere . There was long brown hair in the shower, toilet was dirty with human waste aka poo stains underneath the seat and the toilet seat was not even secure its moving . Smell is really bad throughout the property I was relieved to check out . Nobody cleaned the property before we came. Only sheets was changed. Was scared for my children to walk barefoot in the apartment so put the towels the host provided as floor rugs. Absolutely disgusting. Person who lives upstairs speaks loudly over the phone for hours at a time and walks stomping is so hard the painting on the wall fell down. My autistic son couldn't sleep at all after travelling from london all day. Then again loud speaking on the phone again from 6 am in the morning. Nothing like the pictures. I pray to God my children didn't catch any infections like fungus as a memory from Manchester this time. Lovely location thou . Also looks nothing like the pictures.

Cold noisy mould loud

What did we like - NOTHING On arrival no key in the keysafe had to wait 40 minutes for a key to be delivered walked into the cold mouldy property which is a house that has been split into two next door we’re having renovations for hours and you couldn’t even hear the tv for the noise, upstairs very noisy music playing people in and out we were told to give our Registration number for free parking however we still received a parking ticket we left at 9:30pm as we could not sleep and checked into a premier inn, accommodation did offer £70 refund however haven’t paid anything to us and it’s been over a month Avoid this place!

We were attending a match and the property was close to the Etihad. About an 8 minute walk.

The cleanliness. When we arrived there were a few issues with cleanliness. However, I contacted the host and the issues were sorted within the hour. The kitchen ceiling is bulging due to water coming from upstairs. When anyone upstairs showers the water comes through the ceiling. I did inform the host but have not received a response. This property is a house that has been split into an upstairs flat and a downstairs one. It’s not an actual apartment. Therefore you can hear everything going on upstairs.

Don't book if you're driving, you'll get a parking ticket!

It was within walking distance to Coop Live and an Asda Superstore.

On arrival at the property, I checked my email and booking.com and could not find any correspondence about the key code so I rang the mobile which was answered promptly and the code given, although I was told it had been put on booking.com, I eventually received an email at 4.23pm, I was at the property at 3pm! I had asked about the parking situation, entry to the property and address in an email as soon as I had booked it. I didn't receive any information about the on street parking so was pleased when there was plenty. Now I know why as a PARKING TICKET was issued at 20:39 on 12/10/24, which we didn't notice until the following morning. We were not made aware of the PARKING RESTRICTIONS or given a PARKING PERMIT by the host. This should be clear when booking that this will be needed. It looked as though the cleaner had just stopped and left abruptly, 1 bed was made up, the other didn't have the pillows on it and there were no pillowcases so we had to share the 4 pillows. Weirdly lots of bedding stored, no complimentary tea/coffee, no mat when you stepped out of the shower, surely that goes against health and safety, no hand towel in the bathroom. The washing machine had washing in and there was a laundry bag, full of lots of dirty laundry! Who needs to see someone else's dirty laundry. There were only 3 chairs around the table, 1 of which could not be used because of a broken leg, the other 2 were just about stable enough to sit on. Be warned, it's cheap, but if you get a parking fine, it could end up costly. My 14 year niece described it as suitable for blokes going to watch the football, not so good if you're going to a concert. We couldn't find an iron and I'm still waiting for the host to respond to let me know where it is. Why not give guest a parking permit! Decent window dressing needed, blinds broken and inadequate.

Just about worth the money for 4 adults to stay in a city

The beds were clean. Bathroom was clean. kitchen well stocked with equipment. Located within walking distance of Co Op Live Arena.

The description of an apartment is misleading, this is downstairs flat. Whilst all of the facilities listed are available they are of poor quality or misleading. The TV did not work, carpets and furniture had seen better days. Wallpaper was mismatched and painted over. No lampshades in bedrooms. Water marks from damp on ceilings. An odd padlocked door arrangement at the hall area made with chip boards doors. Smoke detectors detached and hanging from the ceilings. Two different bed bases out together to make one bed, and clothing from previous occupants left in bed drawer. Mirror in room dirty and splattered. Everything seemed to lack care or attention. The garden is a narrow back yard which is filled with the properties bins. The shared private entrance was scruffy and the floor dipped immediately behind the front door where floor boards were damaged. We would have driven home the same evening had it not been so late, spent as little times as possible in the flat. Between 3 and 8am people were in the flat upstairs moving things around and talking, so sleep was disturbed

Overall good value for money and easy access to city centre but cleanliness could be improved.

Value for money for an entire 2 bed apartment was good. There is easily enough space for at least two people. Hosts were easily contactable and responsive, Austin helped me collect my keys when I was unsure about how to access the key box. I was able to easily park outside the property despite this being street parking in a residential area. It was easy to order food and groceries to the property via a food delivery app and the apartment came fully equipped with kitchenware and utensils. There is also a Chinese takeaway next door.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to my standard and one of the main interior doors did not close properly which left a draft coming through into the lounge/kitchen area. Although the location was convenient for my needs in terms of easy driving access to the city centre, the apartment is on the ground floor of a terraced house which I was not expecting. The area looks a bit rough or unsafe, however my car that I had parked outside of the property remained unharmed and I did not feel unsafe when in the property.

It is easy to transfer the money as security deposit for the apartment because I have a bank account in the UK. However others doesn’t have the bank account to transfer the money to them is it gonna be very hard they have to have had hold Deposit in the booking.com or Find another method to do that.

Lovely apartment

Very clean apartment.Bed was so comfy. Good location for me and lots of parking. Had all the comforts of home. Self check in which I also like. Stayed on my own visiting son at uni but plenty of room for 4.

Honestly can't think of anything I didn't like. Lovely stay.
