A fantastic break in a beautiful apartment.

The apartment was beautiful, simple and so comfortable.

The view is exceptional. Lots of space, lots of light and everything an apartment needs for a weekend break.

Too many added extras to pay for. Apartment comes with a log burner but not even one piece of wood given as ‘complementary’ extra added fees for everything.

Beverley warmed our hearts and made our stay even better at this stunning property.

The property location is perfect and has a stunning sea view. The apartment was nice and clean and had everything what we needed including toiletries and towels. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are spacious. Beverley the host, went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure that we were looked after when we checked in. The communication was excellent as we made this booking on the day of checking in due to some unforeseen circumstances, but Beverley assured us that she will sort everything out for us in no time and will keep us updated while we went to have a cup of coffee. Not only she sorted our apartment booking out, but judging our moods on the day from the problems we were having earlier on the day, she left us a bottle of bubbly to cheer us all up. She communicated with the updates throughout the morning with the information we needed to check in. She ensured we were all ok when we checked in and made some recommendations for dining around the area too. Five stars for Beverley.

An absolute joy

Wonderful penthouse. It was a joy for our family to spend new year here. One huge treat to be in the place we stayed as a family over many years when it was a hotel. Outstanding apartment with fantastic facilities. Open plan living was perfect for the family.

Great location, top quality accommodation

Great views and really well converted apartments - all high quality and no way you could tell it was once a hotel. Work being done on the grounds shows good upkeep too. Also the on site managers were able to provide extra logos for our fire

It’s a building site and the photos do not represent the units

Well it’s the worst place in lynmouth, and the most expensive.

The lift was not working for seven days, it’s a complete Building site, had to get three big suitcases down four flights of stairs on my own

Lovely apartment, short walk to town

Our penthouse apartment was spotless, brand new, as were all fittings, appliances, etc. All modern, wooden floors, spacious as well. Any queries I had were responded to quickly.

When I booked, I booked an ocean view room. I was then told I was upgraded to a penthouse later, but I lost the sea view (which I wasnt told about and was disappointing) and ended up with an overwater view. This was meant to overlook the river, but there were trees in the way, so you could only get a small glimpse of the river. The lift wasnt working, so you have to go up and down stairs to get to the apartment. Some of the site was still being built - part of the view from our balcony overlooked it.

The property is situated on a building site so we were woken up extremely early with the men starting work and the beautiful surroundings blighted by diggers and building materials etc.

Building site

The view was great that’s why it was booked

The view on arrival an on going building site dust flying everywhere windows filthy It was like a busman’s holiday for me left after one day overpriced for what we had not as described and certainly not good avoid or at least have the decency to say there’s building work going on and give people an informative choice . Me and my family are awaiting a refund which has been approved by both parties. I was told I needed to do more research before leaving 😐 I will leave it at that. Very poor all round .
