Stayed here previously, so knew it was a stunning apartment, with excellent facilities and very comfortable. The terrace is perfect for the dogs, enclosed to allow them to run around safely.
The heating system had failed. Had to have a maintenance guy in late evening to sort. Inconvenient.

Spacious, well set out for a family. Great location. Quiet.
The inside of the property was lovely. What let it down was the dirty outside terrace area. It was covered in leaves, twigs and bird poop which didn’t make it an attractive place to sit. It just needed a sweep and hose down. I would have done it myself but the equipment wasn’t there. However, this wouldn’t put me off returning it just gave a bad first impression.

Parking can be tight, especially if an adjacent driver doesn't park correctly.

Excellent location with lovely views. Easy walk down on a private path, abit steep on the way back but you are in Devon!
If I had had to really pick anything the showers could do with a shelf or rack to pop you bottles on and some loungers on the terrace (Room 6)
