Good price, spacious flat, secure, dishwasher included

Pillows weren't great, and not all windows could lock, which meant that the strong wind was actually pulling a window open. The bath tap was hard to navigate and the hot water cylinder only seems to be on limited time, so we were pressing the boost button a lot

I like the space, the comfortable bed, the natural light, the view over the city and the slightly retro decor.

Too many things were broken. It took the edge off the experience which was otherwise positive overall. The lights in the hallway immediately inside the apartment failed to work (I tried different combinations of switches), until inexplicably working on the afternoon of the second day of my stay. Some of the blinds were missing the rod used to move and turn them. One of the windows’ latching mechanism was broken and one of the radiators in the living area failed to work. None of these were particularly bad problems, but they need attention. The WiFi was not working, (I think it was on power standby) but again, not a problem as I had my phone. I could not find any information about a password or whether I should reboot the router, so I left it alone. The cleaners had not swept under the chairs nor properly vacuumed the rug. Little things, and they didn’t spoil my stay, but like I say, they all need attention.

It is a lovely apartment nice furnished and comfortable Good kitchen (you can use the hob,oven and microwave to make simple meals), you have the use of a fridge and they provide cutlery,plates, cups, washing up liquid) Spacious and open plan 2 nice bedrooms Lovely bathroom and they leave you with hand-wash, shower gel and towel Good location for exploring Sheffield city centre or the surrounding areas Onside parking

Communication about our parking fob was slow-we had to chase booking.com We had to de-ice the fridge We were happy with our stay, but initial communication and defrosting the fridge knocked a few points off.
