The location is fantastic, the communication with staff was very good and helpful! It was big enough for our family to spread out a bit.

There wasn't air conditioning and it was warm at night. The comforters were heavy and hot for a room without AC, but there weren't any sheets we could use instead. My son was stung during the night by a bee or wasp that flew in a window that was open, that we didn't realize was open, and without a screen. He had a reaction to the sting and it kept him awake most of the night. We tried to open other windows to cool the rooms down but it felt unsafe to have windows open on the main floor with no screens both for safety and bugs. We would have opened windows and slept in more comfort if there had been screens on them.

Cold water on the last day. Tried to take a shower, however, the water went cold after about 5 minutes. I called the number provided in the room’s information, and an attendant told me there was an issue with the city’s water supply. I didn’t understand this explanation. If all the water had been affected, I could believe it was a city problem, but it was only the hot water. As far as I know, hot water is provided by the hotel, while cold water comes from the city. I just didn’t understand.
