Location and breakfast. Pool and sauna are clean but looking old

Good location for exploring Zakopane. Friendly and helpful staff in the reception. Swimming pool fine and nice & varied breakfast.
It states jacuzzi and sauna in title of the hotel but not in operation/available during our stay (which was one of the main reasons choosing this hotel). Apparent that the hotel is older and could need some refurbishment/upgrades. Personally the hard mattresses could be replaced with a softer type for better sleep. Guest with dog in restaurant during breakfast - personally not appreciated due to allergy (and general hotel hygiene).
