lovely room with pleasant decor, all amenities and then some more; warm and bright. for the first time ever a hotel ad provided a walk-in closet in the room, which was simply great. excellent, rich and varied, breakfast - at reasonable hours too. extremely friendly front desk, gallant, and helpful, and informative.
strange smell in the bathroom - probably pipes, but persistent, slightly unpleasant. cleaning staff slightly unfriendly, as though annoyed (we went to ask them for a bit more coffee)

The mountain view is so beautiful, the design of the room is okay.
It wasn't so clean, there was hair on the bed and cover of the blanket was tored. The only thing is best is the view from window and the location.
