Hotel Sabała

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Steps away from shops and restaurants. Excellent location! Staff was so nice and accommodating. Bed and comforter were so cozy and comfortable.

The hotel is really pretty and in a very nice location. I did enjoy the breakfast as well. The view from room was great, but the windows at the front would make it really hot, however the A/C in the room helped.

There was no fridge in the room and in the hot weather I would prefer to chill any drinks. The breakfast was nice, but the cook that was making eggs was in and out all the time so needed to wait for him.

The location of the hotel was very good and very convenient. The reception staff ladies were polite and helpful.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was disappointing. The overnight security staff were rude and not helpful. No one spoke English well enough to properly communicate with tourists, which made things more difficult. The heating system in the room is outdated and impossible to regulate — it was either too hot or too cold. The same issue applied to the bathroom temperature. The room was not clean. We found spider webs and small items under the bed left from previous guests. The bed sheets did not smell fresh. At night, other guests were very noisy and woke us up on both nights of our stay. There is no elevator, although since we were staying on the first floor, this did not affect us much.
