Great location. Great breakfast. Friendly reception staff. My stay was in early September, so the hotel was not too busy after the summer holidays.
Wi-fi connection was poor in my room. I was not aware of the swimming pool and sauna facility (didn't bring my swimsuit with me), but coming to Zakopane for the purpose of hiking, perhaps the pool was not necessary for me.

Location is amazing in the middle of kuplowki, staff are super nice accommodating all requests (early check in, late check out) helping u plan ur visit, etc etc. with their facilities they have tanning beds for free!
Needs elevator, otherwise try to stay in lower floors especially if u have heavy bags, also it would be nice to have a staff to help with the luggage

The hotel is really pretty and in a very nice location. I did enjoy the breakfast as well. The view from room was great, but the windows at the front would make it really hot, however the A/C in the room helped.
There was no fridge in the room and in the hot weather I would prefer to chill any drinks. The breakfast was nice, but the cook that was making eggs was in and out all the time so needed to wait for him.

The breakfast was very good, a great selection of food and you helped yourself.
The hotel lacked the essentials, customer service especially and a lift. If you wan to stay in a Polish hotel with a load of moaning English coach holiday makers, then this is the place for you.
The hotel was OK - ish, it just lacked, the decor needs to be refreshed. It had given up trying.
