Very comfortable stay for family with small children. All doors are opened by an individual door code provided after check-in, no need for keys. Breakfast was delicious, you need to order day before and they are served to your apartment before 9.00. Apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Nice and warm pool outside. Our kids enjoyed time at the playroom. You need to book the spa area in advance, for a stay for one hour, there is a bubble bath and one sauna. Each apartment have free underground car park, easy to reach, elevator from the car parking takes you to the apartment. Opportunity to wash and dry the clothes for free.
Parking a car is not for beginners. ;) don’t think too long about booking the spa area, free time slots are booked very quickly, especially on weekend.

Everything was perfect. Facility was delightful and very clean. It was a great stay. I recommend this hotel to everyone who coming to Zakopane. Underground parking was great. Pool was always crowded but that’s understandable for so many apartments in complex. My girlfriend describes it as “fabulous”.
