Sośnica Resort & SPA

The hotel is beautiful, in a very good location, with a very pleasant spa area including a pool, saunas, and three small jacuzzis, which is a great feature as you don’t have to share a bath with strangers. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully designed.

However, we were quite disappointed with the information and photos provided online, as they did not clearly reflect what to expect. We also checked the hotel’s own website beforehand, but still ended up with misleading expectations. We booked a room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children, A50) and paid the price for 4 adults. The description stated there is a separate bedroom (one-bedroom apartment), but in reality, the “bedroom” is more like a small enclosed space just big enough for a bed, with glass doors and no ventilation. It felt very uncomfortable to sleep there with the doors closed. The children slept on the sofa bed, which was fine and expected, but when we asked at reception how to unfold it and where to find bed linen, the staff were unable to help. We were told housekeeping had already left and we essentially had to figure it out ourselves. We eventually managed, but it was surprising that no assistance could be provided. Breakfast was another issue. For 4 people, only breakfast for 2 was delivered. It was apparently another mistake that was not noticed in advance. When we informed reception, the response was rather indifferent, and we were told it would be brought later. By the time the remaining breakfast arrived, more than an hour had passed and the others had already eaten. While mistakes can happen, it would have been appreciated to receive at least a simple apology or some form of compensation. The customer service felt quite lacking for a hotel in this price range, and we were genuinely surprised by the attitude. On a positive note, the next day there was a different staff member who was very helpful and made a big difference. Overall, the facilities are good and some rooms are likely very nice, but our experience with service and communication was disappointing, and we feel it is important to share this feedback.

Wspaniały, czysty, pachnący apartament. Personel bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny. Panie na recepcji przemiłe. W pokojach znajdowało się wszystko co potrzebne. Zamówiliśmy dodatkowo śniadania i były na prawdę dobre i różnorodne.

Wszystko mi się podobało, ale aż się prosi o lobby z barem :)
