Service is exceptional. We went to the mountains early in the morning and we were missing breakfast , but the staff was very helpful and made us sandwiches for the trip.
Breakfast is really good, every day they add something new. The selection of food was great. Location is awesome, really calm and secluded area. Definitely recommend coming here.
Thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable.

Well we saw the split level and stairs on images before booking which in person seem smaller..and massive glass which IS nice. Good 'family table' atmosphere in breakfast room and good Polish food choices. Beautiful small street away from Zacopane downtown. Walkable to some local colorful/character-filled dining.
Well we saw the split level and stairs on images online before booking, but more of an adventure than anticipated. Very small spaces and furniture. Barely adequate space to write [which I do]. Microscopic bath. Watch your head! No elevator for 4th level room. Staff helpful but have no English capacity, so have Google translate ready and booking in Polish [I am sorry for my bad Polish].

Absolutely delightful property, really emanates the traditional goralski style. The staff were nice and check in/out was swift. The whole building and gardens are beautiful decorated, maintained and kept clean. Breakfast was lovely and was slightly varied every day - traditional polish breakfast. Great location, a short drive or bus ride into Zakopane, there's also hikes accessible directly from the location.
Unfortunately the beds weren't very comfortable, I think the mattresses could do with upgrading as we didn't get a lot of good sleep despite being tired from hikes. Also the car park at the front could do with having markings of individual spots as nearly every night when we'd come back between 8/9pm people would be parked with huge gaps between them and I wouldn't be able to park the car which defeats the point of it having onsite parking.
