Śniadania były wyśmienite i niczego nie brakował. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko do szlaków i busów. Obsługa bardzo miła. SPA również na najwyższym poziomie. Chętnie wrócę za rok.

Everything felt new, clean, with attention to the smallest detail; staff, especially Josephina who welcomed us and checked on us during our stay, surely added to the quality of our stay by being so welcoming, kind and making sure everything went great during our stay; morning breakfast buffet was incredibly fresh and delicious with freshly baked goodies and bread we were literally obsessing about; spa was actually what made us choose this place to ensure relaxing evenings and it didn’t disappoint, beautifully maintained and relaxing; we travel to Zakopane often and it was by far our favorite accommodation even though we have previously stayed in top rated hotels in Zakopane before; will surely return for our next trip;

We had an absolutely incredible four-day stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. First of all, the entire villa feels brand new and is beautifully designed in the traditional Zakopane wooden style. You can see that every little detail has been carefully thought through — the furniture, windows, bathrooms, restaurant, and overall atmosphere. Everything fits together beautifully and makes the place feel very special. The spa was another highlight of our stay and perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains. There is a sauna, steam sauna, jacuzzi, and cold shower. We simply couldn’t resist spending time there every day after a good hike! The location is also very convenient. Public transport stops right next to the hotel, so you can easily get around Zakopane and reach different hiking locations without having to worry about driving or finding parking. The hotel also provided us with a parking space free of charge for all four days. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great selection and plenty of freshly baked goods made on site to enjoy in the morning. But what really made our stay exceptional was the staff. The lady at reception welcomed us with such genuine hospitality and gave us so many useful recommendations and tips that really helped us make the most of our hiking days in Zakopane. She patiently answered all our questions and truly made us feel at home. A 10/10 experience for us. Beautiful hotel, wonderful spa, delicious breakfast, convenient location, and, most importantly, genuinely welcoming people. We will definitely come back in the future!
