The property is beautiful. Everything is clean, fresh, and modern.
The hot tubs, sauna, and steam room are really well kept and clean and are a fantastic addition to the property.
It’s in a good location. We got UBER Ski to go to and from the slopes and it would cost around £11 each trip - good value. Everywhere we went in an UBER always came in around that price; even the local taxis are about the same.
The staff are amazing, especially Beata. I left my bag at a restaurant at the top of the funicular but it was too late to go back and get it as the funicular and Resturant had closed by the time I’d got back to the property and realised I’d left it. We were getting picked up to go to the airport at 7am the next morning, so it was too early to go back and get it, so I had to fly back to England without my bag.
I contacted Beata and asked if she could contact the Resturant to see if they had it. The Resturant don’t answer e-mails nor do they have a phone number, so Beata drove to the Resturant after finishing work and found the bag for me! Beata absolutely did not need to do this, especially in personal time, but did it regardless. And now, my bag has been organised to be shipped back to me, all dealt with by Beata.
Beata, thank you once again for all of your amazing help. I am so grateful.
It isn’t that I didn’t like it, but the only thing I would highlight is that there is no reception staff on site in the evening or during the night, so make sure you have everything you need lined up. It didn’t affect our stay whatsoever so it isn’t a negative, it’s just something to be aware of.

The accommodation is truly beautiful, and I’m fully confident that this hotel is the best in Zakopane — not only for its excellent service but also for its breathtaking view.

The hotel is actually pretty large. And unfortunately, when it is fully booked, the hot tubs may be constantly occupied by other guests throughout the evening.
