Yes, that's how it was: I can't say everything was perfect, but we didn't feel bad either! First of all, the weather was like in a dream (it snowed like in fairy tales), and friends were top-notch - we had a blast! 😊 Now let's evaluate the accommodation and start with the positives: excellent location (in the center yet a quiet area), rooms equipped with very good quality furniture and accessories, heat and hot water at discretion (it's the first time my wife didn't feel cold at -15C, thanks to the mixed floor and radiator heating), rooms very well soundproofed!!!, the cabin's living room was very spacious (we were 6 families - 22 people and we all fit comfortably at the 2 tables!), coffee and tea at discretion 24/7, the music collection was impressively good!, the fireplace was functional and we lit it one evening, the sauna was ideal for relaxing after a day of physical effort, towels were changed every time we asked, spacious and covered parking, breakfast was varied and different every day!.

Now let's mention the negatives: the mess we found when we entered the room, culminating with the toilet bowl that had usage marks!!! (urine stains!!!), the mattress on the sofa bed was full of stains, probably urine!!!!, the fridge looked like it just came back from war - shelves ripped off, the remaining ones were cracked!!!, the room wasn't like in the picture, it was much smaller!, an inch of dust everywhere in the cabin!, the ski equipment storage space was very small. Therefore, contrary to the first disappointing impact regarding cleanliness, we felt very good due to the warmth with which we were received!

Very good location, close to the center, quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms and common area for all guests.

The lack of self-check-in makes staying at the apartment difficult. Keys must be collected and returned 3.5 km from the destination (taxi cost: £13). The lack of a resident on site and an outdated phone number on booking.uk make contact difficult.

Modern and clean property in a quiet neighbourhood. It is possible to walk to the town centre and on local walks from the property. There is a comfortable.communal room and small kitchen available for guests. Room was compact but adequate for our stay

Balcony was for exclusive use but had a door from an adjoining apartment bedroom which was often left ajar meaning loud TV noise, children shouting whilst sat outside and in the morning children from adjoining apartment came onto the balcony very early. This seemed a bit of a design flaw when the adjoining apartment had their own exclusive use balcony as well. We were there for 9 nights but no housekeeping came during that time. Extra towels were provided when asked for but no other room service received

In chekout morning there was no staff(09:00) and was asked to pay for sleep in the city, i understand that and everything would be okay, but they said they accepted only in cash, when they have card reader, so for that i wasted my time in driving in other place.
