Ein gemütliches Apartment mit zentrales Lage. Extrem hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal mit schneller Antwortzeit. Schöner Balkon und zentrale Lage.

Straßenlärm relativ laut zu hören bei offenen Fenstern.

A good location (Away from the busy shopping area, and not far from the entrances to different trails as well as grocery shops). A pretty well equipped kitchenette. The shower was very good with good pressure.

The main issue we had was that they were not very good at communication. They must improve this. We got a studio that was situated in the basement (back side of the building; so had a different door than other people). There was no instruction or information about where the washing machine & dryer and, sauna are and what are expected for the checkout. (When we asked where the washer and dryer and sauna were via WhatsApp, there were no answers so we figured them out by walking around everywhere). Only info we got was a message about the passwords. And the password for the front gate did not work; and when we reached out to a staff member, she repeated to try the same code which didn't work. Luckily another guest came out who spoke Polish and she helped communicating with the staff member and gave us a solution. The staff member said they would send a guy to fix the password but it was not fixed at any point of our stay (we stayed for a week). Also, the apartment was not dirty but could have been cleaner (the tiles next to the mirror in the bathroom, the cushions and the blanket felt humid). Lastly, they could provide more towels (or at least towels for hair) for a longer stay.

Appartamento in un ottima posizione,non lontano dalla via principale e al supermercato. Appartamento accogliente e luminoso come descrizione e foto.Parcheggio in loco al chiuso. Deposito sci. Tutte le aperture sono tramite codice e senza chiave o tessera,quindi comodo. La grande finestra offre una bella vista sulle montagne.

Completamente assenza qualunque comunicazione con i proprietari, unica comunicazione è la richiesta d'arrivo e orario di partenza e la forniture dei codici d'accesso. Mai stato richiesto se tutto andava bene, se ci fossero problemi. Sulla porta dell'appartamento e presente un qrcode per segnalare problemi o malfunzionamenti. Nonostante delle segnalazioni sul sito loro non abbiamo avuto riscontro,forse era da segnalare tramite booking. Assente attenzione verso cliente per accogliere e dare dell'informazione turistiche della zona. Appartamento dotato di tutto ma le stoviglie sono minime, 4 forchette 4 coltelli 4 cucchiai e altri accessori. Cassettiera sotto la tv con metà con i cassetti,che non si aprivano, quindi inutilizzabili.La porta del bagno non si apre del tutto perchésbatte contro il letto matrimoniale.
