The room was okay, and the breakfast was also fine. There is parking available, which is convenient.

The overall design of the villa is quite a matter of taste, so this is very subjective. We stayed for two nights, but our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. Communication at reception was also difficult. The lady at the front desk was friendly and clearly tried to help, but her English was very limited, and she struggled to understand even some simple questions. Upon check-in, we were given a printed sheet with important information about our stay, but it was in a language we could not understand. It may have been Lithuanian. It seemed that the receptionist had not noticed where we were from, which made the check-in process quite confusing: she was trying to explain the information in broken English while pointing at a document that we could not read. Another inconvenience was having to pay the tourist tax in cash in Polish zloty. We were not informed about this in advance. When you are only staying for a couple of days, having to spend time looking for a currency exchange office just to pay a relatively small tax is quite inconvenient.

Przyjemna, przedwojenna willa. Na korytarzach klimatyczne pamiątki, obrazy. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Sympatyczny personel i znakomite położenie willi to dodatkowy atut. Znakomite miejsce na pobyt w Zakopanem!
