Everything! Room was very comfortable and clean, all staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is just next to main touristic street in Zakopane, close to restaurants and shops, but at the end of a quiet street so at the same time it’s very peaceful. The bus stop to go to the entrance of the National Park of Tatra is in less than 5 min walking distance, train station is 15min. In general, with a small child, it was so easy to move around everywhere, even with public transport. The breakfast was great and I would come back even if it was just for that ;)
Amazing hotel, worth recommending and we will definitely come back.

Perfect location Helpful staff great hotel wth garden.
Problem was that room we booked with balcony was too close to smoking area. Had to change rooms
We got beautiful corner room with view on Giewont from shower! I could shower forever.
Also breakfast buffet is the best in Poland !

Location downtown, views, brunch was amazing, comfortable bed!
We did not like to be entertained in the hotel restaurant; the two musicians were so loud we could not talk.

Location was good and spa was okay
The rooms are dated and entrance also is underwhelming. I was overall disappointed as I thought I was getting the best that zakkopane had to offer.
