Very clean, everything you needed, good advice on things to do , good communication with the owner, loved the treat box.
Not much but I would say the lights need to be brighter especially in the kitchen , also another tea towel because we washed are dishes by hand although there was a dishwasher. Also I think it might be difficult the a separate toilet would have been useful.

Lovely place , clean , all modern facilities. Close to town centre. Nice garden n parking space
The only issue was the mattresses - too soft. Would also be good to have a second WC on the ground floor

Good location within easy walking distance from everything in Lincoln City. Very clean property with lovely touches such as a welcome basket and milk - so good to be able to have a cuppa on arrival. Tara had also put a couple of fans in the property as it was such hot weather. Even shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom.
Nothing really! The only things we found missing were a bread knife and a vegetable peeler!
