The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a living/dining room with a gas fire and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a ground-floor king-size, and a ground-floor twin, all with ample storage, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and bike storage, and a private driveway for four cars. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that no pets are welcomed and that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Broadway Cottages is a fabulous dwelling for a family break in Lincolnshire. Note: The garden is not enclosed.

The open-air theatre, pop and rock concerts, and re-enactment weekends in the castle grounds are all available during the summer months. Lincoln's Magna Carta is also kept at the castle. Lincoln boasts excellent shopping, including the famed Christmas Market in early December, with quaint and quirky little shops in the cathedral neighbourhood.
