The location was ideal, being within easy walking distnace of most of the sites that we wished to see. The house itself was welcoming and well equipped, and very comfortable.
One minor matter: the shower curtian in the ensuite shower room was too short, with the result that much water was ducted on to the floor.

The location is absolutely amazing - so close to the historic centre of Lincoln yet so quiet and green. The house was very clean and modern, non-smoking and with new carpets. It was great to have three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an extra toilet on the ground floor.
To give a more luxury feel, it would have been nice to have white cotton bed-linen and white towels. Also the beds in the twin room, which could be occupied by teenagers or even adults, had squeaky springs and were quite soft. The house internet was very slow.
