A very charming property with parking right in the heart of Lincoln. It’s only 5 minute walk from all the top attractions. There’s no need to use your car. There’s even a park a minutes stroll away for our fury friends.
It has all the needed basics. The beds are very comfy. Some people commented about the size of the bathroom sink, but we managed. I have a large estate car and didn’t struggle with the parking. Plus you don’t need to move your car as it’s so central.
There’s nothing not to like. If I was to pick, there are a number of steps to the property if you have mobility issues. It’s a little over looked, but there are blinds and curtains and the neighbours are friendly and private. Nothing would put me off staying again.

Central location through Temple Gardens to Steep Hill.
Very poor WiFi. No TV signal. Maintenance issues not previously addressed - bent kitchen sink tap, only two dining chairs stable enough to sit on and broken dining table. Poor sleep from tired mattress. No pyrex dish with lid to heat up food in the microwave. Very greasy top to kitchen bin - which I cleaned.
