O acesso ao apartamento era feita através de app que não estava a funcionar corretamente, o baralho do chão de madeira e de uma maneira geral poderia ser bastante melhorado.

Excellent position. The apartment is clean and comfortable

The Nuki smartlock didn't work at the arrival. It wa 11.30 in the evening, we had kids sleeping and the responsible wasn't picking up the phone. Only replied to text messages, trying to solve the wrong problem. It was the door sownstairs that didn't work, but they thought it was the one upstairs. They sent us a video showing the position of the emergency key, in the street at about 200 meters. We went there and there was no key. They sent a new location, went there and the key wasn't the right one. A the end we could open the door with the smartphone, after 1 hours waiting with kids on the street. The should use a more reliable entrance system and a better service in case the system fails, especially during the night.

Goede ligging, voldoende ruimte.

Toegang met de app was niet echt klantvriendelijk. Bed in de living was niet duidelijk hoe het moest opgezet worden. Appartement kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken.

L’appartement est idéalement situé et calme. L’hôte est très réactif.

Nous avons réservé ce logement pour 9 personnes car il était indiqué "12 couchages" dans l'annonce or il n'y en a que 8 en réalité. Le logement ne comporte que 2 chambres et non 3. Il est très spacieux mais malheureusement ne peut accueillir que 8 personnes. De même, il ne possède que 5 chaises autour de la table ce qui ne permet pas à tout le monde de partager un repas. Le système d'entrée dans le logement est assez complexe. Heureusement, l'hôte était très réactif et nous a indiqué la démarche à suivre.
