A painful experience for a group of people.

Location was good

The owner wanted us all 7 of us to send him photos of ourselves and our passports and then entry to the property was via an app. Only one person in our group could get this to work. The owner did not come and help, but just kept sending us links to videos and websites. This meant that only one person could get in and other people staying in the flat could not let themselves in to the property. This was very dull, which ruined the 3 day break as we all had to stay together and could not go to bed early, as we had to wait to let other guests in. The coffee machine did not work. The heaters in the flat were locked in the on position at 27 degC, which we could not switch off. In the end we had to switch them off at the fuse board.

it is a great location and the layout of the apartment is funky

I had to request several times for the heating to be sorted, they sent me videos to watch, which would have been fine if the heating wasn't broken. It also claims to have a hot tub - it doesn't - it is a bath!!! also, there are two bathrooms - great, only one toliet.

Worrying, uncomfortable, concerned, frustrated, upset, anxious.

The size and location

Most things. The host was rude and likely breaching GDPR which is now being investigated. Issues with all 3 door locks and don’t want to help me out. We were left vulnerable in a city that isn’t ours and we were dealing with the locks for over 2 hours via text as Martin the host didn’t want to assist. This price and location is not worth the stress. Go elsewhere!!!

Old place, but decent size.

Decent and affordable for the size of the place.

It didn’t look as good as it is in the pictures. Very old building, not the cleanest place you’ll stay at. Very squeaky floors, need refreshment and modernizing.

The location was great, the flat good.

Bizarre key system, which initially didn't work. One contactless key code for a party of five meant we all had to be together, or there was no access for the other four paying adults. Asked for additional code, but didn't hear back from the host. No instructions for the house, location of external bins for rubbish, how to use the cooker.

Great value if you want something roomy and inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

Great location and great price to value ratio. The apartment is very large and plenty of room.

There’s only 1 toilet on the property for 3 bedrooms. Floor was very old and creaky and felt like we could fall through. The stairwell is quite narrow and difficult to climb. Not enough toilet paper and we had to buy our own.

Bad host good location

It was spacious

The communication. Every message from the host, i was begging it out from him. He sent the invitation codes that didn't work, and I had to ask him open the doors every time by whatsapp. But on the other side he allowed us to leave the luggage before the check in time

The stay was very pleasant for our one-night stay - it offered value for money to house 9 people.

The venue was a good size, value for money, and the space was great. There was regular communication with the host, prior to arrival, during and post, to ensure that me and my guests were comfortable, and had access to the property without any issues. The bathrooms were clean, water was hot. the host provided enough kitchen utensils for cooking. Good location with a pharmacy and mini-supermarket close by.

The rooms didn't have curtains, which would have been nice to help sleep. Also there was some building work happening around the apartment building which only offered a view of scaffolding - curtains would have helped overlook this. The pillows did smell, and I would recommend they be cleaned.

Excellent location, near train station

The location was very convenient and the apartment had everything you needed. Easy instructions to find and use keys and electronic locks. Nice, bright and airy with lots of room and really good heaters (we were there in winter).

Through no fault of the owner, but one toilet, 9 people. Disconnected from the two bathrooms though, which is good though for so many people! The room configuration was a bit odd, had to walk through two bedrooms to get to one bathroom, with super noisy floorboards. But the pros far outweigh any cons!

The location was fantastic for the local bars and restaurants.

It wasn't very cosy and had a cold feel, and lack of facilities so we couldn't really cook. One toilet for 8 people wasn't great.

Exceptional location on edge of Marais 5 mins walk from Rue Vielle Du Temple, Picasso Museum etc. Beautiful spacious apartment, back room looking into attractive courtyard

Beaumarchais is a busy road so if you have the windows open in summer at night it is noisy

Apartment is OK, but the company that manages it offers very poor service

Location is fantastic. Metro stop 1/2 block away. The main room of the apartment has many big windows looking out onto a busy street. Grocery stores and restaurants close by.

No heat or hot water the first day of our stay. We had to fix the electric box ourselves. Host refused to offer any refund, and eventually stopped responding. The check in process is obnoxious.

Large appartment but not an exceptional stay

Very spacious appartment, 3 bedrooms, good location.

Quite cold and empty, not a lot of effort put into giving a warm and cosy feeling. There is a kitchen but no plates or other dishes, difficult to cook in the kitchen. In one of the bedrooms there were no curtains so very problematic to sleep.

L’ estat del terre i les portes és molt dolent . Tot i que anuncia dos bans, només tenia un wáter i eren 4 persones . Els coixins de dormir eren decoratius i no per dormir , molt incòmodes , les tovalloles de molt mala calitat.

Experiencia decepcionante

La ubicación.

La experiencia fue decepcionante. La información proporcionada en la descripción es errónea: se indica que el apartamento dispone de 2 baños, pero en ninguno de ellos había retrete. Solo existía un cuarto muy pequeño e independiente con un único inodoro para 9 personas, algo totalmente insuficiente y que debería indicarse de forma clara. La limpieza fue insuficiente. La puerta del baño presentaba un estado lamentable una vez se entraba, los rincones de la vivienda estaban sucios y no era posible caminar descalzo en ningún punto de la casa. Las toallas tenían olor a humedad y se encontraron platos sucios guardados dentro del armario. En cuanto al equipamiento y suministros, los servicios dejan mucho que desear: sofás cama y cafetera en mal estado, ausencia de bolsas de basura, falta de pastillas de lavavajillas para cubrir los días de estancia y cantidad insuficiente de café para el número de personas alojadas. Tampoco había papeleras en los baños, salvo una en el cuarto del inodoro. Dispensador de jabón en mal estado. El sistema de acceso fue especialmente problemático. Solo se facilitaba un código para una persona, lo que nos hizo perder mucho tiempo intentando acceder y entender la aplicación. Al viajar 9 personas, fue necesario solicitar códigos adicionales, generando una experiencia innecesariamente incómoda. El trato con el anfitrión fue poco amable y nada resolutivo. Por último, el aislamiento acústico es muy deficiente: se escucha constantemente el ruido de la calle y del interior del edificio. Incluso uno de los apartamentos cercanos tenía una fiesta, lo que nos impidió descansar. A esto se suma el ruido excesivo del parquet al caminar, afectando aún más al descanso.

La situation avec le métro au pied de l'appartement . la taille du logement, bien équipé.

Le système de porte qui nécessite une application ( et donc un smartphone ) pour être déverrouillée. Le besoin de demander des codes supplémentaires pour pouvoir utiliser l'application sur tout les smartphones des personnes présentes

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, l’appartement est magnifique, spacieux, et exceptionnellement très propre ! Le propriétaire, très disponible, à répondre immédiatement à nos demandes via WhatsApp, nous avons apprécié également d’être en autonomie pour l’arrivée et pour le départ.

Le gros bémol, c’est l’ ouvertures des 2 portes via une application, cela n’a pas fonctionné, correctement, compliqué à partager, compliqué à se servir au départ, heureusement que le propriétaire est dispo, il répond rapidement. Un grand merci en tout cas, à notre hôte . C’est une adresse que nous conservons.

La posizione, ottima per spostarsi velocemente per la città, lo spazio dell’appartamento, molto ampio e comodo.

La macchina per il caffè perché non funzionava correttamente (non siamo riusciti a fare un caffè per 3 giorni a casa)

Lage ok, Ausstattung schwach. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht.

Die Beschreibung passt nicht zu dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Die Lage des Apartments ist zwar ganz gut und die Betten sind ok, aber für diesen Preis war die Ausstattung unterdurchschnittlich. Die Küche hat keine Geschirrspülmaschine - damit kann man leben - aber es gibt auch keine Geschirrhandtücher zum Abtrocknen. Außerdem funktioniert die Kaffeemaschine nicht richtig. In den Bädern gibt es keine Steckdosen z.B. für Föhn oder Rasierer, in allen Zimmern ist zu wenig Beleuchtung und für 6-8 Personen ist eine einzige Toilette zu wenig. Zudem konnte man wg. einer Baustelle nebenan in mehreren Zimmern die Fenster nicht öffnen. Selbst für anspruchslose Menschen ist diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlenswert.

On avait l'impression qu'il etait fait pour ne recevoir des fetards : pas de déco, pas de rideaux, pas de personnalisation. Pas forcément beaucoup d'équipement, mais rien ne nous a manqué non plus. Un seul linge de vaisselle, pas d'essui tout (un exemple si un verre d'eau tombe, tu sais pas comment, a part avec du Papier Wc comment nettoyer. Completement vide sans âme. Les clés a récupérer sous le banc publique .... heu c'était une première pour moi.

Dpto amplio antiguo, con escaleras de madera de la época, deformadas y resbaladizas con cerradura de ingreso muy moderna, con aplicación incluida. Dos de los tres dormitorios tienen pisos de madera en estado lamentable, provocan temor de posibles caídas y el ruido similar a un film de Hitchcock. Solamente la sala , el área de sillón y mesa tiene luces en el techo. No así la cocina , ni los dormitorios que solo cuentan con una lámpara de pie. Lo peor: los simulacros de baños en suite que solo cuentan con bañera y lavatorio, Sin inodoro. Cómo se lee : espacio para dormir 8 personas y un (01) inodoro, en un sitio de 2 m X 0,90m sin ventilación, ni extractor. Una gran decepción
