Quiet apartment with terrace&AC-Le Marais/Bastille

We had a fabulous stay in Paris and couldn't have asked for a better location. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, charming, and thoughtfully equipped with two toilets (one upstairs and one downstairs) as well as convenient laundry facilities. The air conditioning was excellent. We enjoyed the quaint outdoor sitting area and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere after busy days exploring the city. There were wonderful bakeries and restaurants nearby. Transportation was easy as well. Our host was incredibly accommodating and understanding when our flight was delayed, and communication was always easy and prompt. We would gladly stay here again and want to sincerely thank our host for helping make our Paris visit so enjoyable.

We loved our stay at this modern apartment in Marais. Location was very convenient. A 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station that provided direct and easy access to all the tourist sites in Paris. Close to La Place des Vosges. Several cute cafes right down the street. The tunnel of sweet smelling Jasmin as you entered the property was such a treat. We especially loved how private and safe the well maintained garden passage and courtyard to our apartment was. Will definitely book this place again the next time we are in Paris.

Location was great, only a short walk to multiple metro stations/lines, grocery store and restaurants, and yet the apartment was surprisingly quiet for a downtown location since it faces an interior courtyard; it was nice to come back at night to a peaceful apt after a busy day in the city. Newer-style apartment, furnishings and appliances were up-to-date. Excellent and responsive owner, they usually replied within a few hours to any questions/requests I had. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
