Loved Paris, would not stay at this apartment again.

we loved the location,very quiet at night and the neighbors we met very helpful

the stairs were horrible. the two air conditioners only one worked, assuming the batteries were dead. never got the tv or washer to work, reached out to the host, no response. roller on sofa bed was broken, blind in kitchen had to be tied so it would stay up. dried spaghetti noodles stuck one the only pot available to use, horrible smell from the dresser stand in the kitchen, reached out to the host weeks before arrival about one hour early access, never responded unitl we arrived and then she said the cleaning crew was not finished, we were outside the building the whole time, no one ever came out. my problem is not with the building as much as with the attitude of the host.

There was construction work going on in the building, which caused multiple power outages throughout our stay, lasting several hours each time. This also affected the internet in the apartment, which stopped working completely. In addition, there were water outages — no running water in the sink or shower. When we tried to speak with the host, the service we received was terrible. She accused us of lying and insisted there was nothing wrong with the apartment. She even threatened to come to the apartment that same day and move us to a hotel she would find through Booking. In the end, she didn’t show up, but the whole situation left us feeling very uncomfortable and negatively affected our trip.

Not the level I expected.

A nicely proportioned apartment in a quiet area of Paris. The standard of the furnishings is good.

The deposit scheme and identity check - I would never have booked if I had known this. The nightclub at the end of the courtyard playing exceptionally loud music until 6am. No way I would return knowing that. The noise from upstairs, downstairs and the stairwell - there is no sound proofing in this building. Every footstep can be heard. The door system is frustrating but you get the hang of it. No welcome pack. Overall this property is not at the level I expect for the price paid. A shame as it could be excellent.

This was a great apartment for exploring Paris with access to metro and the affordability with two kids.

The location was very convenient and the value was wonderful as somewhere we could afford to stay near metro and with two kids.

Check-in was very late (4pm) and I asked many times for early check-in by the app and by WhatsApp, several days in advance as well as on the day and never received a reply.

First of all , Finding the place is almost Impossible. we got to know that there is a 500€ deposit 1day after the booking. lot of details to fill in as if you were going to a job interview. late check in and the check out at 11am. the cleaner was at our door step waiting at sharp 11 AM sharp . It felt as if were being kicked out. The interior is full of humidity and smells like an old Pantry. Also there was 0 instructions on how to you the appliances (heater, washer machine and so on ). the place is on top of printing factory… Noise!!!!

Location was great. Flat was super-clean and very sweet. Everything you need was there.

The bathroom is mini-size. Not even a spot to place the toothbrush. No elevator. No possibility to hang something on the walls in the bathroom.

Superb

There are 3 train station near the apartment, and it just a walking distance. The apartment is huge with 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom and suitable for a large group. the kitchen is well equipped, and if you want to buy groceries the shop is just nearby.

Be careful! This is a very well organized plan aiming to get the guarantee you give at check-in. They find incredibly unexciting reasons to take a five hundred euro guarantee from your card for no real reason and without a justification corresponding to such an amount. They accused us of a little plastic missing and send a message to booking for a damaged door. They were so naive that they sent a picture that proved that the door was perfect. But 500 euros are gone! I found similar comments in Booking... If you decide to stay at this accommodation, calculate an additional 500 euros. Booking app was completely unexciting! Also terrible rudeness and aggression in conversations!

Excellent location, quiet but near the center. Good sleeping rooms, excellent beds and truly complete and spacious apartment.

When we first entered, the door access code did not work well. Turned out batteries were depleted and were replaced the next morning.
