Perfect location, very nice host, very helpful. I loved the apt, it is comfortable at street level and in a perfect spot close to our favorite neighborhoods.
The AC is quite loud but it does get the work done.

It was clean, modern, breathable, equipped, and perfectly located.
Nothing major. Air conditioning can have minor repairs to resolve the noise problem, but that’s not a big issue.

Appartamento molto accogliente, pulito, dotato di Wi-Fi, elettrodomestici. Ha vicino due fermate della metro e un supermercato molto fornito. Con circa mezz’ora di metro si arriva nei punti più importanti di Parigi. L’host e’ stata molto disponibile, ha risposto sempre alle nostre domande e richieste. L’aria condizionata è un termoconvettore portatile che è stato collocato nella cucina e non nella camera. Abbiamo soggiornato a Parigi durante la seconda ondata di calore ma in casa si stava abbastanza freschi.
L’unica nota negativa sono le finestre che non si possono aprire in quanto l’appartamento si trova a piano terra a ridosso della strada.
