Le Marais Chic AC

The location was amazing! Located on a quiet street yet within walking distance of many cafes, shops, and sites in Le Marais and not far from all the other Parisian spots. We love to walk but if you need a bus or metro, several lines are close by. First time staying in an apartment without a concierge and found the host/s were very responsive via text, access was easy including the lock box, having a portable a/c unit in the bedroom was great and 2 fans for the living room kept us comfortable during an unusually hot few days. The fold-out sofa was easy to maneuver, spacious and comfortable. Only wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of the kitchen facilities.

Learned last minute it was a 3 floor walk-up which coming from NYC was not a big deal although if someone had an issue with stairs, that could have been an issue. The stairs thankfully were not steep.

The location was fantastic. The host was very responsive and nice. The apartment was spacious. The kitchen was clean and up to date. The beds are firm, but comfortable.

We liked pretty much everything about the place, but future guests should know to bring ear plugs to block early morning street noise. Also, the shower is very small and the pillows are super squishy.

This is a beautifully decorated and spacious apartment in a central yet quiet area of the Marais. It feels authentically French.

The bathroom is very small, but all other rooms are generously sized and beautifully furnished. Cleanliness could be improved.
