About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency offers this charming, air-conditioned apartment for rent in Paris, with a surface area of 40 m² and capacity for up to 3 guests. Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it consists of a lovely living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a sofa bed (1 person) and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A shower area hidden behind a sliding curtain
- A separate toilet
- A mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160×200)
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The east-facing flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the paid parking spaces near the flat.
