About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat in Paris for rent. It measures 40 m² and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Situated on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely living area, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, a sleeping area and a shower room. Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living area with a sofa bed (sleeps 1) and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bath area concealed behind a sliding curtain
- A separate toilet
- A mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160×200)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, griddle, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
The east-facing flat is ideally situated in Paris, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

If you choose to come by car, you can park in the pay-and-display car parks near the flat.
