Wonderful stay in Lugano

The apartment is perfect for families with babies. It is equipped with anything you could possibly need like baby bath tub, even nursing chair with nursing cushion. Space was large, clean and the view was incredible. It is very close to the train station but the shortest way is through several flights of stairs as it is uphill. The host was very kind to pick us from the train station when she found out we had a baby and elderly parent with us. Otherwise, rolling our luggages uphill would have been a challenge for us on our first day. We had a great stay!

Only gripe is that the rooms were quite stuffy with the windows closed. We left the windows open at night but that also let in a lot of outside noise which made it tougher for our baby to fall asleep. But it was still fine overall.

Value for Money.

Squeaky clean apartment. One bedroom has a double bed whilst the other has two single beds with a crib. None have attached bathrooms. Nice view to the station. The owner was available on the phone late night also to help us locate the property for check in.

If you have luggage then one can’t access the short cut staircase as they are many. The road going to the apartment is then a distance.

Facilities are modern fully equipped, complete with all utensils. Scenery from terrace are superb.

Nice, spacious and clean apartment.

Solongo sent us the code to retrieve the key to the apartment ahead of time. Very easy and convenient. The place is clean, spacious and with the nice view of lake. The place is fully equipped with kitchen, washer, dryer and all things we need. The parking is right in front of the building. The location is convenient to explore the town. Our host, Solongo, is the best!

Great apartment with an excellent facility and location, and a very kind host.

The location and the facilities are great. The apartment is full of items such as cooking equipments, spices, coffe capsules. She provide shampoos, body cream, shower gel and etc of good brands. The host of the hotel is so kind that she came to pick us up from the station to guide us with an easier way to get to the apartment at 10pm on a Friday night! (we want to go on slopes, not on steps as we came with big luggages on train) She is a very considerate we really appreciate that.

Lugano visit

We had never been to the area before so once we sorted location it was a terrific place to stay. Lovely to have a kitchen. Information on local area supplied. Very relaxing and hosts were very helpful.

Excellent and a feel at home feeling

Very clean and well organized apartment. The owner has taken a lot of care and though to ensure guests are comfortable. The owner was quickly able to respond to a special request of installing a new table fan in the living room. Kitchen was equipped just well enough

Wished we could have stayed longer in both Lugano and this property.

Very modern apartment, fully equipped with all you need for a stay over. Loved the nice touch with the small gifts and the bottles of water in the refrigerator. Big fluffy towels were great. Internet was fast and television was huge 😀. Walk into town was between 10-15 minutes via the train station.

Very well equipped, clean and thoughtful apartment

We had a wonderful experience during our stay in Lugano, the apartment is very modern, clean, full of amenities and very thoughtful with a lot of attention to detail. The apartment had a very large tv, very new furniture and everything from toothbrushes to coffee to dishwasher pods. The bed (as well as the sofa bed) was quite comfortable and even the towels were very nice and very large. The location is very close to the lake and centre. We will definitely choose this apartment next time we visit Lugano.

Suffer from carrying luggages into apartment

Clean room, good facility in the apartment such as kitchen equipment and amenity in bath room.

Need to walk up from train station to the apartment at least 60 steps without lift or elevator. Imagine if we carry heavy luggages or if someone has problem with knees or legs or even some senior people, this apartment does not suit you; therefore, I would not suggest anyone who has carries heavy luggages or has legs condition problem.

Schönes Apartment im Zentrum vom Lugano.

Super Unterkunft, schnelle und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.

Für mich war die Matratze ein bisschen zu weich, sonst alles hervorragend.

Ideal für ein paar Tage

Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, alles war blitzeblank. Der Fernseher bietet alle gängigen Streamingdienste kostenlos. Der Blick auf den Luganer See, tagsüber wie nachts, ist traumhaft. Altstadt und Promenade sind direkt um die Ecke und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Leider war die Parkplatzangabe irreführend – angegeben als inklusive, musste er bei der Buchung für 25 CHF extra bezahlt werden. Zudem fehlten klare Infos, wo genau der Schlüsselsafe zu finden ist und in welchem Stockwerk sich das Apartment befindet, was die Anreise unnötig erschwert hat. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Bahnhof, dadurch war es bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut.

Super Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Perfekte Lage - direkt beim Bahnhof aber rotzdem ruhig und mit viel Grün drumrum. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Grosse Wohnung, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Supergute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin (immer erreichbar, sehr hilfreich/unterstützend egal bei was)

Immer wieder gerne Buchen. war ein tolles Erlebnis

Alles war sehr sauber, die Wohnung verfügt über eine sehr schöne und moderne Ausstattung, innerhalb von 5 Minuten in der Stadt und der Bahnhof ist direkt neben an. Die Aussicht ist unbeschrieblich und es gab detailierte Anweisungen wie man in die Wohnung gelangt. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Kort, we zijn weggegaan en hebben een hotel geboekt. Geen seconde langer daar, vreselijk!

Eigenlijk helemaal niets, want het was een catfish. Ik kreeg een appartement voorgespiegeld op Booking, met een balkon , mooi uitzicht, lichte ruime kamers. Maar ik kreeg in het echt een heel anders appartement, muf, vies en donker

Alles! De host heeft ons opgelicht! Doordat ze 2 appartememt in 1 advertentie aanbiedt, weet je helemaal niet wat je boekt. Wij kregen een smerig, donker en muf, lelijk ingericht appartement. Zonder een buitenruimte. De host is ook onvriendelijk, omdat ze voet bij stuk houdt dat wij dit geboekt hadden.

Comodissimo appartamento nei pressi della stazione.

Posizione, comfort, pulizia, comodità, silenzio, garage. Appartamento in posizione comodissima, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria (e quindi al centro storico e al lungolago) ma in quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. C'è tutto quello che serve, anche qualche capsula di caffè, ed è abbastanza spazioso per una coppia, con anche un divano letto in sala. Il garage è spazioso e facilmente accessibile. Le indicazioni di Google Maps sono sbagliate: l'accesso - sia pedonale che con auto - è su via Tomaso Rodari. Consigliatissimo: ci torneremo.

Un po' difficile da trovare. Camera da letto e bagno senza finestra.

Pozione, pulizia, mobili nuovi, cucina meraviglia, cura dei dettagli, parcheggio, servizio, facilità check in check out…… insomma tutto. Consiglierò a tutti di soggiornare in questa struttura.
