Super Unterkunft, schnelle und unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe.
Für mich war die Matratze ein bisschen zu weich, sonst alles hervorragend.

Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, alles war blitzeblank. Der Fernseher bietet alle gängigen Streamingdienste kostenlos. Der Blick auf den Luganer See, tagsüber wie nachts, ist traumhaft. Altstadt und Promenade sind direkt um die Ecke und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Leider war die Parkplatzangabe irreführend – angegeben als inklusive, musste er bei der Buchung für 25 CHF extra bezahlt werden. Zudem fehlten klare Infos, wo genau der Schlüsselsafe zu finden ist und in welchem Stockwerk sich das Apartment befindet, was die Anreise unnötig erschwert hat. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Bahnhof, dadurch war es bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut.

Clean room, good facility in the apartment such as kitchen equipment and amenity in bath room.
Need to walk up from train station to the apartment at least 60 steps without lift or elevator. Imagine if we carry heavy luggages or if someone has problem with knees or legs or even some senior people, this apartment does not suit you; therefore, I would not suggest anyone who has carries heavy luggages or has legs condition problem.
